Cyber Bullying

At SGSCC we recognise the importance the internet, mobile devices and the need to be connected plays in our student’s everyday lives. The internet is a wondrous source of knowledge, social interaction, entertainment, a place to store our thoughts and memories but it does have a flip side. It is a place our young people can find themselves trapped in a world of unscrupulous behaviour.

To avoid this happening we need to educate all children on how to use technology in safe, positive and productive ways. As a community it falls to all of us to become diligent in the safety of our young and to strive to provide safe online environments where they can flourish.

Below are some useful resources that provide further information to help your child safely navigate the internet.
